Read, sign, and bring a copy of the Release Agreement with you to your 1st day of class. *You will not be able to attend a class until those are complete. 5. After we process your registration forms you will receive a confirmation via email on how to complete the sign up process. You will be directed how to access the calendar and about payment options. 2. As the saying goes, "No Pain No Gain". Your training sessions will challenge you to push yourself to your next level and are designed to help you achieve a total body workout. Each day will be a new challenge designed to stimulate muscles over your entire body. Because of the diversity of the routines and intensity of the workouts you can count on being sore for sure! But the good thing is that it just means you are getting fit! After about a week the muscles in your body will start to strengthen and it will get easier and easier as the weeks go by. 3. It's time to Graduate! Although there isn't a formal commencement ceremony you can guarantee that after your boot camp session ends you will walk down the streets with much more confidence than ever before!

What should I expect?
1. You are ready to conquer the Boot Camp World! You will need to bring water, dumbells (5-10 lbs), and a mat or towel. All these things can be found at Target or any sporting goods store. It is also important that you wear a good pair of running shoes and wear layers of clothing.
