I have always had a love for fitness and the outdoors.
Originally I created a free outdoor social group for women in Santa Monica. The group's focus was to bring women in the community together for walks, hikes, bike rides, races, camping trips, etc. Currently the group is in good standing and many of the members have built lasting friendships and continue to workout together on a daily basis.
After realizing how much I loved to train and motivate others I pursued a dream of creating my own fitness program with Ocean Park Boot Camp. The goal was to target women who were serious and ready about improving their lives and overall health. Ocean Park Boot Camp caters to the specific needs of women, not only by helping them look great on the outside but internally as well. A balance between mind, body, and soul within a sisterhood has been the main focal point of Ocean Park Boot Camp. This mission has dramatically changed the lives of many women in positive ways.
The client primarily is responsible for achieving results and it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination to reach those goals.
